Terms & Conditions
All stated Terms & Conditions shall apply to all members, members’ guests and visitors of Penang Club. Penang Club shall be authorised and have the legal right to make any amendments and decisions, deemed as suitable.

Payment Policy

  • All rates applicable are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
  • All outstanding balances appearing in each member’s Statement of Account, including Monthly Subscription, Food and Beverage Bills, or any other charges, should be charged to the members accordingly.
  • Members can pay their outstanding balances partially or fully based on their remaining balances.
  • Penang Club uses the iPay88 Payment Gateway for processing of online transactions, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.
  • Members can make payment by Online Banking (FPX) only.

    Refund Policy
    All confirmed payments are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.
